The governor of Jejiang Province of China Lu Zu-shan led a trade delegation to visit the GTSM on June 11, 2010. Given that both Jejiang and Taiwan have predominantly medium and small enterprises, and securities and financial markets are instrumental to industrial development, the visitors hoped to learn the market making system of Taiwan’s emerging stock market and speed up its financial development. GTSM Chairman Chen in his dialogue with the guests mentioned that in the 16 years since inception, GTSM has been playing the role of a driver of economic vigor and cradle of innovative enterprises in Taiwan and believed that GTSM and the guests have some development experience to share with each other.
